Don Omila Naushan
Don Omila Naushan is the Founder and CEO of AND Fashion School Sri Lanka, a seasoned fashion illustrator, designer, consultant, lecturer, and painter. Specialising in fashion illustration, design, and innovation, he brings a wealth of expertise to the industry.
He holds a BA Specialist Degree in Costume and Fabric Design from Yanka Kupala State University, Grodno, Belarus. His work has been showcased internationally, including at Rome Fashion Week and Grodno Fashion Week (2017).
As a member of the Global Sustainable Fashion Community in Budapest, Hungary, Don Omila is committed to advancing sustainable fashion. With over five years of experience teaching Fashion & Textiles (Cambridge syllabus), he continues to shape the next generation of designers through education and innovation.

Ricardo O'Nascimento
Ricardo O’Nascimento is a fusionist designer, writer and lecturer. He investigates body-environment relations focused on interface development for on-body devices, interactive installations, and hybrid environments. He is interested in a multidisciplinary approach to creating new experiences that challenge and enhance human perception. During his PhD, he looked into speculative methods to design future touch technologies using bodily sensations as catalysts for design. He is the author of the book “Roupas inteligentes: combinando moda e tecnologia”, published in Brazil in 2020. He is currently a postdoc researcher at the Royal College of Art.

Rachel Hatfield
Rachel Hatfield is the co-owner of Shoo and a seasoned digital marketing professional with a background in hotel and event management in Scotland and Australia, where she lived for two years in Coogee, Sydney. She cites early career highlights as working at Edinburgh Castle with Historic Scotland has worked on projects; Edinburgh’s Military Tattoo and growing the event space at The Glasshouse Hotel to be hailed Scotland’s Sexiest Hotel in 2005. Rachel carries her project management and communication skills over into the digital marketing world. As a seasoned digital marketing professional, Rachel is brilliant at understanding the client’s needs and keeping all Shoo’s plates spinning. She is also a visiting lecturer at Leeds Beckett University in the School of Cultural Studies and Humanities. With a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Beckett University and an MSc International Conference Management degree from Sheffield Hallam University, Rachel is a keen learner. She is determined to keep on growing her knowledge to support Shoo’s growth and graduated in 2023 from the University of Bradford with an MBA in Executive Leadership and has completed an ILM Level 3 in Effective Coaching with Leeds Beckett University. Rachel boasts Filipino roots on her mother’s side and has a huge family in the Philippines on the island of Leyte. Outside the office, her passion is horses and riding her chestnut warm-blood, retired show-jumper, JJ.

Muhammad Fawad Noori
Muhammad Fawad Noori is a visionary fashion icon who defies convention in pursuit of his passion for fashion. Coming from an aviation family, he boldly chose a different path, earning his degree from the Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design before furthering his education at the Textile Institute Manchester and the London College of Fashion.
A multifaceted professional, he excels as a designer, choreographer, stylist, educator, and consultant. As an Assistant Professor at several universities in Lahore, Pakistan, he has delivered lectures worldwide, nurturing the next generation of fashion talent.
Muhammad Fawad Noori is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of GEM (Global Entertainment Movement), and his eponymous label, FADNOORI COUTURE, is dedicated to sustainable couture. Representing Pakistan on international platforms, he holds esteemed positions as Director of Sustainability at the WFC (World Fashion Council), Vice Chair at IFAN (International Fashion & Art Network), and Design & Education Consultant at GSFW (Global Sustainable Fashion Week), among other global organisations, driving the sustainable fashion movement forward.

Andrea Benahmed Djilali
Andrea Benahmed Djilali is an award-winning slow fashion designer, leather restorer, and circular fashion advocate based in Leeds, UK. She is the founder of AndReal Design and the Circular Fashion Incubator CIC, dedicated to transforming the fashion industry through upcycling, sustainability, and community-driven innovation.
With a passion for circular fashion and ethical craftsmanship, Andrea has worked extensively on projects that repurpose waste materials into high-quality designs, promoting a more sustainable alternative to fast fashion. She has collaborated with organisation of the National Fashion League Hungary, engaging communities, schools, and emerging designers in creative upcycling workshops and competitions.
Andrea is the organiser of International Circular Fashion Week Conference 2025 and the Circular Fashion Competition, offering designers opportunities to showcase their work on global platforms, including Budapest Global Sustainable Fashion Week.
Through her work, Andrea continues to champion sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity, creating a lasting impact on the future of fashion.
