Stallholder Application – International Circular Fashion Week Conference 2026

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the International Circular Fashion Week Conference 2026, taking place on 16–17 March at Leeds Beckett University, in partnership with Oxfam.

This event celebrates sustainable fashion, cultural heritage, folklore, and tradition, while promoting circular practices such as upcycling, hand embroidery, repair, natural dyeing, and textile innovation.

As a stallholder, you will have the opportunity to:

Exhibit and sell your sustainable products in our designer marketplace.
Be part of Oxfam’s exclusive pop-up collaboration on 17 March.
Engage directly with students, designers, and visitors passionate about circular fashion.
Network with an international community of creatives, cultural organisations, and sustainability advocates.

Sustainable Product Information

As this event celebrates sustainable fashion together with heritage, folklore, tradition, and handmade craft, we kindly ask that all products exhibited reflect circular fashion principles. Please briefly describe how your work connects to these values — for example through the use of traditional techniques, handmade processes, cultural heritage, upcycled or reclaimed materials, or eco-friendly production methods and packaging.

1 Day Stall (16 OR 17 March)- £25

2 Day Stall (16-17 March) – £45

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 1st February 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after 1st February 2026 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another designer, but this must be approved by the event organisers.
