Membership Payment Policy
Introduction
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding membership payments for Circular Fashion Incubator CIC. By signing up, members agree to the automatic billing terms outlined below.
Membership Fees & Billing
Membership fees are charged automatically.
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Members will be billed on the same date each month/year based on their sign-up date.
Automatic Payments & Renewal
Memberships are set to auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
The payment method on file will be charged automatically on the due date.
Members will receive a confirmation email after each successful payment.
Failed Payments & Late Fees
If a payment fails, the system will retry automatically within 7 days.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the membership may be:
Temporarily suspended until payment is completed.
Cancelled after repeated failed attempts.

Cancellation & Refunds
Members can cancel anytime after 3 months via their account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing date to avoid charges.
